March 20th-29th Bloomsburg University Kehr Union – Mulicultural Center
An exhibition exploring one of Germany’s most famous resistance groups formed by a small group of university students in 1942-43 in Munich. This group actively fought against the oppression of civil liberties and the persecution of Jews, and demanded an end to the war.
There will be a seminar on the White Rose on March 27 from 4:00-6:00 pm in the Mulitcultural Center. Students in Dr. Springman’s German courses will be giving presentations.
During the duration of the exhibition the German Club will be showing two different films about The White Rose. (see below)
